摘　　要：研究校企合作的"订单式"人才培养模式的内涵与特点,探讨其存在的问题,提出深化人才培养机制的有效对策。认为以就业为导向的校企合作"订单式"人才培养模式应与企业人才需求深度融合,与经济社会发展有机结合。The＆quot;order mode＆quot;talent training system,based on employment-oriented school-enterprise coop-eration,has found out a point of penetration and breakthrough to make a thorough integration between col-lege students’training and enterprises’demands for employment and a combination of the economic develop-ment.The study aims to grasp the features of this training system,explore the existing problems and put forward effective suggestions to strengthen the college talent training system.
