广东省新生代农民工继续教育需求情况探析

摘　　要：新生代农民工正日益成为城市建设的主力军,有着受教育程度较高,但就业竞争力低,整体收入水平不高,对接受继续教育有强烈需求,并且需求内容、形式表现多样等特征。本文基于广东省6个城市新生代农民工继续教育需求的调查分析结果,对广东省教育界提出了围绕意识重视,教育政策偏向以及教育内容供给三方面的建议,以供参考。At present, the majority of migrant workers in city are those who were born in the late 1990 s or early 21 st century. They are better-educated than their fathers, but they are still less favored in the job market, and their income is humble. Thus their need for continuous education is acute, though it is diversifi ed. A survey was conducted on the migrant workers in six cities in Guangdong Province in this respect. Results revealed that measures shall be taken in aspects of awareness, policy-making and materials to better accommodate their requirements.
