医院药学科学学位研究生培养教育模式初探

摘　　要：目的:依托医院教学培养基地,探索药学科学学位研究生培养的特色模式。方法:针对新形势下高层次药学科研人才培养的要求,注重临床和基础结合的创新意识、实践能力的培养,强化导师团队等措施,完善药学科学学位研究生教学培养模式。结果:医院科研和临床相结合的研究平台,有益于研究生的创新素质和个性化培养;同时研究生读写能力培养,参与实践能力,团队合作精神,导师团队青年科研骨干在研究生培养中的带头作用,都与研究生培养绩效显著相关。结论:发挥医院办学的优势,有利于提高研究生的科学思维和创新能力,推动学科发展。Objective： To explore the new model for training research postgraduates based on the hospital school. Methods： According to the current demand for the high quality graduate students training, we try to improve the training model for pharmacy degree of research postgraduates by emphasizing the combination of basic research and clinical practice, paying attention to the training of learning initiative, practice ability, and enhancing the mentor group. Results： The platform on the research combined with clinic is benefit for postgraduate＇s quality of innovation and the individual cultivation; meanwhile, the writing and reading ability, diligent thinking and building team spirit, the lead model of the mentors and team of young scientists are all related with the research postgraduate innovation ability as well as performance. Conclusion： Making full use of the advantage of hospital school education is helpful for improving the student＇s scientific thinking and innovative ability and promote the development of pharmacy discipline.
