参归益智方联合丁苯酞对阿尔茨海默病患者血管内皮功能影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参归益智方联合丁苯酞对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)和简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分的影响。方法:150例AD患者随机分为研究组75例,给予参归益智方和丁苯酞口服;对照组75例,仅给予丁苯酞口服;选择同期健康体检者36例作为正常组,比较3组血浆VEGF、NO水平差异。治疗12周后,比较研究组和对照组VEGF、NO水平及MMSE量表评分变化。结果:治疗前,3组VEGF、NO水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组和对照组明显低于正常组(P<0.05),研究组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组和对照组VEGF、NO和MMSE评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组明显高于对照组,且研究组MMSE评分改善率明显高于对照组(χ2=7.224,P<0.05)。结论:参归益智方联合丁苯酞能明显提高AD患者血浆VEGF、NO水平及MMSE评分,显著改善AD患者血管内皮功能,明显提高认知记忆能力。Objective： To observe the effect of Shengui Yizhi Fang combined with Butylphthalide on the expressions of VEGF, NO and the change of MMSE tests. Methods ： 150 patients were randomly divided into study group 75 cases which were given Shengui Yizhi Fang and Butylphthalide orally. The control group＇s75 cases were only given Butylphthalide orally. 36 healthy physical examinations were chose as the normal group in the same period. We compared the expressions of VEGF and NO in the three groups. After treatment for 12 weeks, we compared the expressions of VEGF and NO in the study group and the control group. Results ： There were statistical signifieances on the expressions of VEGF and NO in the three groups before treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. The expressions of VEGF and NO were decreased in the study group and the control group than that of the normal group （ P〈0.05 ）, but there were no statistical significances on the expression of VEGF and NO in the study group and the control group （P〉0.05）. After treatment for 12 weeks, there were statistical significances on the expressions of VEGF, NO and MMSE score in the study group and the control group （P〈0.05）and they were increased more in the study group than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）and MMSE score obviously increased in the study group than that in the control group （ X 2=7.224, P〈O.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengui Yizhi Fang combined with Butylphthalide could increase MMSE score and the expressions of VEGF and NO and markedly raise the learning and memory abilities of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
