摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合药物治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年12月苏家屯中心医院门诊收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者146例,随机分为对照组36例,中药组36例,针刺组37例,针药组37例。对照组服用卡马西平,中药组服用汤药,针刺组采用针刺治疗,针药组用针刺结合汤药,各组治疗30 d,观察各组患者治疗10 d、治疗20 d、治疗30 d临床效果。所得数据采用SPSS 17专业统计软件进行统计分析。结果:针药组患者治疗30 d后显效率与总有效率相比其他组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗能够有效提高效率,具有良好的临床价值。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy on primary trigeminal neuralgia treated withcombination of acupuncture with medicine. Methods ： 146 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia from January2012 to December 2014 in our hospital outpatient service were selected, and randomly divided into thecontrol group （ group 1, n=36 ）, traditional Chinese medicine group （ group 2, n=36 ）, acupuncture group（ group 3, n=37 ）, and control group （ group 4, n=37 ）.On the base of routine treatment, group 1 tookcarbamazepine, group 2 took traditional Chinese medicine, group 3 accepted acupuncture treatment andgroup 4 accepted both acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, each group treated 30 days,observed each group patients treatment for 10 days, 20 days and 30 days of treatment. The data obtainedwere analyzed statistically by SPSS statistical software. Results： After 30 days, the significant efficiencyand the total efficiency of patients in needle medicine group were obviously higher than ones in drug group（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of acupuncture with medicine therapy can improve the efficiencyeffectively, and has good clinical value.
