益气健脾汤合隔药灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气健脾汤合隔药灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将该院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组采用益气健脾汤合隔药灸治疗,对照组采用匹维溴铵片治疗,治疗4周后观察比较两组的症状积分和临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.24%)明显优于对照组(71.43%),P<0.05;治疗组治疗后各症状评分低于对照组治疗后评分,P<0.05。结论:益气健脾汤合隔药灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效满意。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with herb-partitionedmoxibustion on treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： 106 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment andcontrol groups by the random number method, 53 cases in each group.The treatment group used Yiqi Jianpidecoction combined with herb-partitioned moxibustion training and the control group was treated withroutine western medicine treatment. 4 weeks later, the effect of two groups was observed and compared.Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group （ 95.24% ） was obviously superior to that （ 71.43% ） ofcontrol group（ P〈0.05 ）. The symptom score of treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion ： Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with herb-partitioned moxibustion training has certain effect ondiarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
