马栗种子提取物治疗黄斑水肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服马栗种子提取物治疗黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法:将50例黄斑水肿患者60眼随机分为两组,对照组采用常规促吸收疗法(口服维生素C、E和芦丁片),治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用马栗种子提取物口服,4周为1个疗程,观察3个疗程。分别于治疗后4周和12周进行Amsler表、最佳矫正视力(Best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)、FFA及OCT检查并评分定性判定治疗效果。结果:治疗后4周,治疗组有效率80.6%,对照组有效率25.0%,两组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后12周,治疗组有效率86.1%,对照组有效率33.3%,两组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组在治疗观察期间均未发现不良反应。结论:马栗种子提取物可以安全有效的缓解黄斑水肿,改善视功能。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of oral the horse chestnut seed extract for treating macular edema. Methods：Fifty cases of macular edema patients（sixty eyes）were randomly divided into 2 groups. The conventional therapy（oral vitamin C,E and Rutin tablets）was used in control group. The treatment group was treated with oral horse chestnut seed extract and conventional therapy. Amsler＇s chart,best corrected visual acuity,FFA and OCT were examined 4 wk and 12 wk post-treatment. Results：After 4 weeks and 12 weeks observation,the effective rates in treatment group were better than those in the control group（80.6% vs 25.0%;86.1% vs 33.3%）,the difference was significant（P0.01）,no adverse reactions was observed in treatment group. Conclusion：The horse chestnut seed extract is effective in relieving macular edema and improving visual function with no adverse reactions.
