摘  要:目的探讨临床内科学教学中参与式教学的应用效果。方法选择进入临床医学内科学学习的临床医学生80例为研究对象,随机分为两组各40例,研究组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法。比较两组试验前后考核分数。结果研究前两组学生考核评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采用参与式教学模式后,研究组考核评分及实践操作评分均显著升高,并显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论临床医学课程教学中采用参与式教学能够显著提高学生的理论知识、实践能力。Objective To discuss application results of participatory teaching mode in the clinical science teaching.Methods A total of 80 medical students into the clinical science learning were divided apparently into study group and control group(each group of 40 students). Study group was taught with participatory teaching mode, and control group was taught with traditional lecture-style teaching. Assessment scores of two groups before and after test were compared.Results Before test, assessment scores of two groups had no significant difference(P〉0.05). After test, total assessment scores and practical ability score of study group were higher than control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of participatory teaching mode in the clinical science teaching can improve theory of knowledge, and practical ability of medical students.
