摘　　要：以BIM为技术支撑,将生产领域的看板管理引入到建筑领域中,结合建筑工程领域的特点,对看板管理进行分级设置,确定各级看板的内容和变更频率。并通过对BIM和各级看板管理的交互性分析,来确定各级看板的展现形式和要求,最后对各级看板之间的关联进行了图示分析,形成了具有建筑业特色的、层次分明、功能完善、形式多样的建筑施工看板模式。With BIM as a technical support, kanban management was introduced from the field of manufacturing into construction. Kanbans were rated into suitable levels to determined their content and changing frequency. The show form and requirement of each kanban were determined based on the analysis of the interaction between BIM and kanban at all levels. Finally graphical analysis for the correlation among all levels of kanbans were made to form a kanban construction mode including construction characteristics, distinct level, complete func- tions and various forms.
