摘　　要：企业社会责任缺失是企业危机产生的重要根源之一,企业危机管理成功和失败的案例比较分析则显示,当危机爆发时承担起相应的责任是企业有效控制危机、快速从危机中恢复的基石和途径,危机对企业来说是机遇;企业推卸社会责任的行为短期对企业有利,但责任的缺乏将让企业失去市场信任和未来,危机对企业来说是危险。在危机管理中,企业唯有积极承担相应责任,企业的危机管理预警机制、策略和技巧等才能发挥应有作用。The lack of corporate social responsibility is one of important sources of enterprise crisis. Compara- tive analysis on the success and failure of enterprise crisis management cases showed that undertaking social re- sponsibility is the foundation and effective way for enterprise to control the crisis and recover quickly. The crisis is an opportunity for enterprises. Although shirking social responsibility is good for corporate in short - term, the lacking of corporate social responsibility would make enterprise lose the market confidence and the future. The crisis is dangerous to enterprises. The warning mechanism, coping strategies and skills of enterprise crisis man- agement could play due role only when enterprise assumes corresponding responsibility actively in crisis management.
