摘 要:目的 探讨镍钛丝结合后倾曲治疗双颌前突的临床可行性.方法 样本包括恒牙列成人双颌前突中等难度(Tweed病例难度计算法)错骀畸形患者17例,未使用口外支抗及种植支抗,拔除4个第一前磨牙,应用镍钛丝结合后倾曲增强支抗进行矫治,对治疗前后的头影测量项目进行统计学分析.治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片并测量,进行成组设计和配对设计t检验.结果 17例患者的平均疗程为18.3±2.6月.治疗后前牙平均变化指标U1-NA∠减小13.00°、U1-NA减少4.00 mm、L1-NB∠减少12.00°、L1-NB减少4.00 mm、U1-L1∠减少18.23°,治疗前后变化具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 应用镍钛丝结合后倾曲支抗理念可轻力高效生理性矫治中度双颌前突畸形.Objective To assess the clinical effects of nickel titanium wire in treating moderate difficult birnaxillary protrusion with tip back bend.Methods 17 patients with moderate difficult bimaxillary protrusion (difficulty index by Tweed-Merrifield analysis) were extracted with 4 first premolars.They didn't receive head gear or miniscrew anchorage Instead,tip back bends in NiTi wire were used to reinforce anchorage.Pre-treatment and post-treatment cephalogram measurements were statistically analyzed.Paired t test was used.Results The average treatment time was 18.3 ± 2.6 months.After treatment,U1-NA ∠,U1-NA,L1-NB.∠,L1-NB,U1-L1∠decreased by 13.00°,4.00 mm,12.00°,4.00 mm,and 18.23°,respectively.(P〈0.01).Conclusions Nickel titanium wire with tip back bend can be effectively used in treating moderate difficult bimaxillary protrusion with MBT technology.
