团队创业中防范机会失窃的机制设计研究

摘　　要：团队创业中存在着团队成员盗窃机会的行为。防范团队成员的这一机会主义行为,成为创业者以团队方式创业时所关注的重要问题。基于机会产出的报酬合约机制,可防范团队成员盗窃机会的行为。以构筑博弈分析模型,研究分析了当开发风险较大、风险适中和风险较小3类不同风险特征的创业机会时,为防范团队成员盗窃机会行为而采取的合约机制。Team entrepreneurship is one of the important ways of entrepreneurship, but the team partner may steal the entrepreneurial opportunity. So, the entrepreneur needs to deign the mechanism to prevent the opportunity from stealing by the partners. The pay-off based on outcome is one mecha nism to solve this problem. Through constructing the game model, this study finds out that when en- trepreneur develops high risk, moderate risk or lower risk entrepreneurial opportunity, he should use different kinds of contract mechanism to prevent team members from stealing the opportunity.
