高校教学质量状态数据中心的内涵建设

摘　　要：教学质量保障体系及状态数据库的常态化管理是教育部及上海市教委组织的各种评估或认证中普遍关注的内容,各高校正在建立自己的教学质量监控体系。常态化的教学质量状态数据中心是实施有效质量监控和评估的前提和基础。本文介绍了我校"教学质量状态数据中心"的建设情况,前期通过大量调研,得出我校数据中心的四点内涵建设;在此基础上,详细论述了我校数据中心的建设方案及系统设计,指出教学质量状态数据中心内涵建设要点在于解决基础数据的采集和数据中心的系统设计,并介绍了我校教学质量状态数据中心的功能。The routine management of teaching quality assurance system and status database has caused widespread concern of Ministry of Education of People＇s Republic of China and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission during their various assessment and verification.Currently,various colleges and universities are constructing their own teaching quality monitoring system and teaching quality status data center on a regular basis is the precondition and basis for effective quality monitoring and assessment.The paper introduces the construction of ＂ Teaching Quality Status Data Center＂（Data Center for short）of ECUST and concludes four essential construction points of the Data Center after a long term of research;furthermore,the paper expounds the construction proposal and system design of the Data Center in detail based thereupon,and points out that the key points for the construction of teaching quality status data center lies in the collection of basic data and the system design;last but not least,the paper presents the functions of the Data Center of ECUST.
