摘  要:机械设计课程中"链传动设计"部分内容的教学看似简单,但如何能够更有效地实施教学过程,仍然有很多问题值得探讨。笔者根据多年的教学实践,从链传动设计部分内容的教学逻辑构建、结合示意图和公式推导深入分析链传动的运动特性、结合公式推导讲解链传动的受力分析、深入分析链传动的参数选择及确定方法等几个方面,系统分析了链传动的教学方法,详细阐述了每一部分内容的教学过程中的注意事项。The teaching of chain driving in the course of mechanical design is look simple,but how to make the teaching process more efficient is still need us to think.According many years' teaching experience and from some aspects,the author has analyzed the teaching logics and how to established more logic teaching process,established a teaching method for the kinematic properties of chain driving by illustration figures and equations,introduced a teaching method for chain driving force analysis by equation derivation,and explained a teaching method for determining the main parameters in chain driving design process and general steps of the whole design procedure.The author also gives a detail explanation for care issues in every step in teaching process.
