摘　　要：国内外学界对资本伦理的研究开始于20世纪80年代。多数学者着重于对资本与道德之间的内在关系、马克思自身伦理思想的内在阐释以及资本与社会主义和谐社会建构之内在性的揭示等方面进行了理论探索,取得了一定的成绩。但从整体上看,这一研究还相对比较薄弱。在经济全球化不断深入的时代,资本在全球范围内进行流动所带来的诸多重大而现实的问题需要引起足够的重视,资本伦理研究的空间和领地有待拓展。The domestic and foreign research of the ethics of capital began in the 1980s. Most scholars focus on the inner relationship between capital and moral interpretation, ethics thought of Marxism capital, capital and the socialism harmonious society construction in such aspects as nature revealed within the theoretical exploration, which has obtained certain achievements. But overall, this study also is relatively weak. In the deepening of economic globalization, capital flow on a global scale to the important and realistic problems attracts enough attention, and the study of capital to expand space and domain should be paid attention to.
