摘　　要：海湾是陆海唇齿相依地带,其环境问题是全球关注的焦点。广西北部湾海洋环境面临全球环境变化、人类活动影响加剧、生态环境恶化、自然灾害频发等严峻挑战,增强全民北部湾海洋环境保护意识、完善北部湾海洋环境保护立法、加强基础研究、建立海洋环境保护公众参与机制、加强国际交流与合作是北部湾海洋环境保护和管理的有效途径。The environment issue of the Gulf is a focus of concern over the world. The Beibu Gulf is facing the challenge from the global environmental change,the growing human activity,the worsening of environment and ecology and the increase in natural disasters. It is necessary therefore to built mechanism to protect and manage the marine environment of the Beibu Gulf,and find an effective method to enhance the public environmental consciousness,improve the legislation for the protection of the ocean environment,enhance the basic education,develop a way of involving the public and enhance international cooperation.
