摘  要:大力发展现代职业教育、加快构建现代职业教育体系,是实施科教兴国和创新驱动两大战略的迫切要求。当前我国高职发展处在关键时期,高职办学模式创新对高职发展有至关重要的影响,从理论和实践的视角,揭示高职办学模式创新必然性的根据,为高职办学模式创新奠定理论基础和创造实践条件、提供理性和科学的指导,对推动高职适应时代、转型升级、科学发展具有重大而深远的意义。It is pressed by two strategies of development through science and education and innovation driving that modern professional education and vocation education system should be pushed forwarded and rapidly constructed. Currently, high level of professional education in China is at the critical period of development and the innovation of high professional education running pattern will greatly impact on the development of tertiary education. This paper unveils the necessity of high level professional training institute mode of innovation to establish the foundation for theory of higher level professional education operation mode, create condition for tertiary education practice and offer theoretical and scientific direction for the innovation, resulting in the adaptation to the times, transforming and upgrading and development of higher professional education in a scientific way.
