摘 要:企业作为市场主体,是以营利为目的的高度理性的组织,对企业自身的发展来说,履行社会责任意味着企业必须要支付大于企业理性运营的额外支出。以企业社会责任的功能为切入点,从经济逻辑和道德逻辑的正反两方面对企业履行社会责任的合理性进行了论证,通过论证不难发现,履行企业的社会责任不仅能提升企业自身的形象,增强其行业竞争力,而且对于企业的长远经济效益和可持续发展都具有积极意义。Enterprises as the principal part of market is highly rational organization for profit, for the development of the enterprise itself, to fulfill social responsibility means that enterprises must pay more than rational operation of extra spending. Based on the function of the corporate social responsibility as the breakthrough point, from the pros and cons of economic logic and morality logic demonstrates the rationality of the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility. Through argument is not hard to find, and to fulfill the social responsibility of the enterprise can not only improve the image of the enterprise itself, its industry competitiveness, but also for the long-term economic benefits and the sustainable development of the enterprise has positive significance.
