艺术设计专业复合型人才培养的研究与实践——以中南林业科技大学为例

摘　　要：针对室内设计行业出现的既懂室内设计又精通家具设计与管理的复合型设计人才的匮乏的现状,通过对艺术设计专业人才培养模进行课程体系、内容与结构的改革,通过进行挖掘社会资源完善培养模式、借鉴国外经验完善培养模式、"产、学、研"实践教学模式的探索等一系列创新改革,可以拓展学生在室内设计、定制家具等专业知识方面的前沿视野,完善实践教学环节,使学生的动手与创新能力得到显著的提高,有利于校企间的理论与实践相结合,同时能突出中南林业科技大学的专业办学特色,提高艺术设计专业学生的就业率。Aim at the current situation of interior design industry, for instance, leek of integrated talents who proficient in interior design as well as furniture design and management. The author thinks that, firstly through reform the course of art design professional educate models, contents and structures, secondly through complete the educate models of excavate society resource, use for reference of foreign experience to complete educate models, thirdly through reform practice educate models of ＂produce, study and research＂, we can expand students＇ visual field in interior design and custom made furniture. Then it completes practice study to enhance the innovate ability of students. It benefits the combination of the theory and practice between schools and enterprises. At the same time, it highlights the characteristics of CSUFT and increase the employment rate of art design major.
