摘　　要：文章通过对智能家居的特点和发展现状的分析,归纳出智能家居所具备的四个关键特征,并在此基础上将其所提供的服务分为三大类,然后就智能家居发展挑战做出深入讨论,并提出电信运营商发展智能家居业务的建议。This article firstly concludes the four key characteristics of smart home through its study of characteristics and development status. Then, it divides the services of smart home into three categories. On the other hand, it presents the enlightenment of telecom operators＇ smart home business after a deep discussion with reference to the challenges of smart home development.
