摘　　要：本文以自建语料库为基础,采用中介语对比分析法,从典型搭配和语义韵两个方面,对比了中外学者医学科研论文中的学术词汇搭配的差异。结果显示,中国学者在搭配的范围、地道性和语义选择趋向方面与本族语者有一定的差距。该研究结果对学术英语写作具有一定的启示。A self-built corpus-based contrastive intcrlanguage analysis is conducted to examine the differences between Chinese and native scholars in their use of academic vocabulary collocation in medical English academic writing from the perspective of classical collocation and semantic prosody. The results show that there is a gap between Chinese scholars and native counterparts in the fields of collocational ranges, idiomaticness and semantic preference. The study has implications for English academic writing.
