茵陈四逆散联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗肝胆气郁型肝内胆管结石随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察茵陈四逆散联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗肝内胆管结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例熊去氧胆酸胶囊,10mg/kg,1次/d,口服。治疗组24例茵陈四逆散(柴胡、猪苓、泽泻、白术各9g,白芍12g,枳实、甘草各6g,茯苓15g,茵陈50g,白茅根30g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;或磨粉开水送服,3g/次,2次/d;熊去氧胆酸治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胆绞痛、肝区痛、肝脾肿大、梗阻性黄疸、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率95.83%。对照组显效7例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]茵陈四逆散联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗肝内胆管结石效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the capillaries Sini joint capsule ursodeoxycholic acid treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones efficacy. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,48 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups balloting method is simple. The control group 24 cases of ursodeoxycholic acid capsules,according to 10 mg / kg,1 times/d,orally. Treatment group 24 cases Yinchen Sini（Chaihu,Zhuling,Zexie,Baizhu 9g,Baishao12 g,Zhishi,Gancao 6g,Fuling15 g,Yinchen 50 g,Baimaogen 30g）,1/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,oral,or water delivery service,3g / 2 times / d; western medicine with the control group. 14 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,biliary colic,liver pain,hepatosplenomegaly,obstructive jaundice,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group,10 cases markedly effective in 13 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 95.83%. Control group,seven cases markedly effective in 9 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 66.67%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Yinchen Sini joint capsule ursodeoxycholic acid treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
