温通针法联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型血管性痴呆随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察温通针法联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型血管性痴呆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组35例尼莫地平,5-10mg/次,1次/d;Ⅱ-Ⅲ级高血压联合使用2-3种降压药控制;高血糖、高血脂加用降糖降脂药物。治疗组35例郑魁山教授＂温通针法＂,选取水沟、百会、大椎、风池、足三里为主穴组方;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、MMSE、ADL、不良反应。连续治疗8疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率91.42%。对照组显效20例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率71.42%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。MMSE、ADL治疗组升高优于对照组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。[结论]温通针法联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型血管性痴呆,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effects on qixuexueyu-Vascular Dementia By Wentong method of acupuncture and medication.[Methods]Random parallel control method,70 cases hospitalized and outpatient were randomly divided into two groups,According to Medical record number/Treatmennt sequence number into Control group and Treatment group.Control group（35cases）was given Nimodipine,60-90 mg,po qdⅡ-Ⅲ grade hypertension Joint use of two to three kinds of antihypertensive drug control;high blood sugar,high cholesterol plus glucose lowering drugs.Treatment group（35cases）was given Zheng kuishan Wentong method of acupuncture and medication.Select shuigou,baihui,dazhui,fengchi,zusanli;western medicine treatments are the same as control group5 d continuous treatment for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,MMSE,ADL,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment eight courses,to determine efficacy.[Result]The treatment group showed 26 markedly effective cases,6 improved cases and 3 ineffective ease,the total effective rate reaching 91.42%,When come to control group,the dates were showed 20 markedly effective cases,5 improved cases and 10 ineffective ease,the total effective rate reaching 71.42%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）,MMSE and ADLscore differences were statistically significant（P0.01,P0.05）.[Conclusion] The good effects on qixuexueyu-Vascular Dementia By Wentong method of acupuncture and medication.no side effects,worthy of promotion.
