摘 要:目的观察消化性溃疡患者血SOD、NO及LPO水平变化情况,为消化性溃疡的临床诊治提供指导和相关临床依据。方法选择我院近年来收治的消化性溃疡患者129例为研究组,入院治疗时间为2010年10月-2013年10月。同时选取同期来院体检的健康人群129例为健康对照组。通过观察和比较健康对照组与研究组治疗前、治疗后8周的SOD、NO、LPO指标水平来总结其中的变化规律。结果 1健康对照组与研究组实施治疗前血SOD、NO及LPO水平比较,研究组的血SOD、NO水平显著低于健康对照组,研究组的LPO水平显著高于健康对照组,差异均有显著的统计学意义(t=37.3499,P=0.0000;t=12.6541,P=0.0000;t=32.074,P=0.0000);2健康对照组与研究组实施治疗后8周的血SOD、NO及LPO水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。结论消化性溃疡患者血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)水平显著降低,过氧化脂质(LPO)水平显著升高,随着治疗进程的不断进展,SOD、NO水平逐渐升高,LPO水平显著降低。SOD、NO及LPO对消化性溃疡的临床诊治均具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective To observe the changes of the levels of SOD, NO and LPO for peptic ulcer patients, so as to provide guidance and relevant clinical evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 129 cases of patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital in recent years were chosen as the study group. The hospitalization time was from October 2010 to October 2013. 129 cases of healthy people in our hospital for hospital examination were chosen as the healthy control group. The observation measures included SOD, NO, LPO. By comparing and observing the level for the two groups before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, to summarize the variation. Results(1) The levels of blood SOD, NO in the study group were significantly lower than the healthy control group, and LPO level in the study group was significantly higher than the healthy control group. The statistical validation showed that the differences of data were with statistical significance(t=37.3499, P=0.0000; t=12.6541, P=0.0000;t=32.0740, P=0.0000).(2) The levels of blood SOD, NO and LPO in the study group after treatment for 8 weeks and healthy control group were compared, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of data comparison(all P〉0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), nitric oxide(NO) in the patients with peptic ulcer are significantly decreased, and the level of lipid peroxidation( LPO) is significantly increased.The levels of SOD, NO in the patients with peptic ulcer are significantly increased, and the level of LPO is significantly decreased with the continuous progress of the treatment process. SOD, NO and LPO has important clinical significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer.
