摘　　要：目的提高临床医生对原发进行性冻结步态(PPFG)的认识。方法在1例临床主要表现为缓慢进展的冻结步态老年患者的临床资料分析基础上,结合复习文献对PPFG的临床表现、诊断、发病机制和治疗进行探讨。结果PPFG发病于中老年人,临床仅表现冻结步态,无帕金森综合征或其他运动障碍表现,对多巴胺能治疗无反应性。结论冻结步态严重影响患者生活质量,PPFG治疗仍在探索,值得临床医生关注。Aim To improve the physician＇s understanding about primary progressive freezing gait （PPFG）. Methods With the description on one senile patient showing slowly progressive freezing gait, the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, pathophysiology and therapies to PPFG were reviewed and discussed. Results The clinical features of PPFG, often occurring in old people, consist of mere gait of freezing, without other movement disorders of parkinsonism and response to dopaminergic therapies.
