摘　　要：视网膜色素上皮脱离伴随许多脉络膜视网膜病的疾病进程，尤其常见于AMD。了解AMD并发视网膜色素上皮脱离的发病机制以及脱离类型，不仅有助于预测疾病进程，更可以帮助医生选择合适的治疗方案，改善患者预后。Detachment of the retinal pigment epithelium is a prominent feature of many ehorioretinal disease processes, in the elderly the most prevalent of which is age-related maeular degeneration （AMD）. Understanding the pathogenesis and subtypes of retinal pigment epithelium detachment is essential because each subtype has a specific pathogenesis, natural history, prognosis, and optimal treatment strategy.
