Preliminary Quality Evaluation of Cultivated Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Meishan City

摘  要:目的:对眉山市永寿镇、洪雅县栽培川芎的质量进行初步评价,为川芎扩大生产选择新的适宜种植区域,并为眉山市川芎规范化种植发展提供科学依据。方法:测定眉山市栽培川芎生物产量、醇溶性浸出物、挥发油、阿魏酸含量、镉及有机农药残留量,并与道地产区彭州市敖平镇进行对比研究。结果:综合生物产量、成分含量及重金属镉等结果,显示眉山市永寿镇及洪雅县两个产地川芎药材质量有一定差异。其中生物产量以眉山市永寿镇与彭州敖平镇的较高;三地阿魏酸及醇溶性浸出物含量均达到药典限量要求(阿魏酸≥0.10%、醇溶性浸出物≥12.0%),醇溶性浸出物以洪雅县的最高,分别高出敖平镇和永寿镇0.11%、1.14%;阿魏酸及挥发油含量以永寿镇的最高,其中挥发油含量分别高出敖平镇及洪雅县0.51%、0.21%;镉量以永寿镇最低,并符合行业标准(≦0.3 ppm),为0.29 ppm,敖平镇及洪雅县分别高出限量的50.0%、70.0%;三地样品中均未检测出有机农药残留。结论:永寿镇产川芎药材质量较优,可作为川芎新的种植区域进行推广。Objective: To evaluate the quality of Rhizoma chuan.xiong planted in Yongshou and Hongya Town in MeiShan City preliminarily, for the purpose of selection of a new and suitable cultivation areas for expand the production of Rhizoma chuanxiong, and provide a scientific basis for the development of Rhizoma chuanxiong standardized cultivation. Methods: Biological yield, alcohol-soluble extract, ferulic acid, volatile oil, cadmium and inorganic pesticide residues of Rhizoma chuanxiong from Meishan and Aoping of genuine producing area were measured and compared. Results : The results of integrated biomass production, ingredients and cadmium revealed that the quality of Rhizoma chuanxiong planted in Yongshou and Hongya was varied. Biological yield of samples from Yongshou and Aopin reached a higher level. Ferulic acid content and alcohol-soluble extract content of all samples met the Chinese pharmacopoeia requirements (ferulic acid O. 10% , alcohol-soluble extract 12. 0% or higher). Alcohol-soluble extract content of samples from Hongya was 0. 11%, 1.14% higher than that of sample from Aoping and Yongshou, respectively. The ferulic acid and volatile oil content of samples from Yongshou was the highest, which was 0. 51%, 0. 21% higher than that of samples from Aoping and Hongya, respectively. The cadmium content of samples from Yongshou was the lowest, with an average value of O. 28ppm and reached the industry standard (≤0. 3 ppm). The cadmium content of samples from Aoping and Hongya was 50. 0% , 70.0% higher than the standard, respectively. Pesticide residues were not detected in any samples. Conclusion: Rhizoma chuanxiong planted in Yongshou have the better quality, and Yongshou can be promoted as a new area for Rhizoma chuanxiong cultivation.
