水面舰艇在高海况航行时的安全性分析

摘　　要：随着海军使命任务拓展,执行远洋任务越来越频繁,海域越来越广,时间越来越长,遭遇各种高海况的几率越来越高,高海况对执行任务造成一定影响。本文对影响水面舰艇高海况航行安全性的几个方面进行系统总结分析,通过与国外军规或民船规范的比较,了解我国水面舰艇高海况航行时安全性设计所处的水平,提高船员使用信心,为指挥者和舰员提供参考。同时为保障舰艇在高海况下具有良好性能,从设计者的角度出发,提出高海况下装载及使用原则。Severe sea conditions make certain difference to naval operations,when ocean missions which take much longer time become more often. This article provides the ability of security design for naval ships in China to improve seamen＇s confidence and be guidelines for commanders and seamen,through some aspects of influencing naval ships＇ security in severe sea conditions are summarized and analyzed systemically comparing with a foreign naval ship standard and a civil ship standard. And then,principles for loading and operating of naval ships in severe sea conditions are proposed based on maintaining favorable capability.
