摘　　要：分析了科研物资采购管理中的问题,结合军事医学科学院实际情况,以化学试剂为例提出了信息化采购平台建设思路,并制定了可逐步实施的目标。该信息化采购平台建设对提高科研经费使用效益、保证资金安全、全面提升采购管理部门的服务水平具有重要意义。The ideas for constructing information purchase platform for scientific research materials were put forward and the targets for its step-by step implementation were worked out according to the analysis of problems existed in purchasing scientific research materials with chemical agents as an example. The construction of information purchase platform for scientific research materials plays an important role in enhancing the cost-effectiveness of outlay for scientific research,assuring the safety of founds for scientific research,and improving the service of purchase administrative offices.
