低磷缓蚀阻垢剂HEDP的“二步法”合成及其缓蚀阻垢性能分析  被引量:3

摘  要:以亚磷酸、乙酰氯和水为原料"二步法"合成低磷缓蚀阻垢剂——羟基乙叉二膦酸HEDP,考察了投加量、水温对A20碳钢缓蚀性能和Ca CO3阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,当温度为45~50℃,p H=7时,投加量为70 mg/L,缓蚀率接近90%;投加量为5 mg/L,阻垢率达到90%以上。IR、^13C NMR揭示所合成的产物结构中存在磷酸基团OP(OH)2,正是由于其存在,可在碳钢表面形成疏水性保护膜,减缓腐蚀速度,起到缓蚀作用;同时磷酸基团OP(OH)2还与循环水中的钙、镁等离子反应形成可溶性螯合物,进一步通过晶格歪曲和分散作用来阻止垢粒聚集增大,达到阻垢目的。方法具有工艺路线简单和反应时间短,并能减少循环水中的磷酸盐的使用和排放等优点。HEDP was synthesized by phosphorous acid,acetyl chloride and water in two-step reaction. The effects of dosage and temperature on the scale and corrosion inhibition performance were investigated. The result shows that: when the temperature was 45 ~ 50 ℃,p H = 7,the dosage was 70 mg/L,the inhibition rate was near to 90%; the dosage was 5 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate was above 90%. IR,^13 C NMR reveals the existence of phosphate groups OP(OH)2in the product,its existence contribute to the formation of the hydrophobic protection membrane on the surface of carbon steel to slow down the corrosion rate and achieve corrosion inhibition effect; At the same time,the phosphate groups chelate with calcium ions,magnesium ions to generate soluble chelates,and by lattice distortion and dispersion effect to prevent scale grain aggregate,to achieve scale inhibition effect. This synthetic method was simple processing route,and a shorter reaction time,what's more,it decrease the use and discharge of phosphate in circulating water.
