GPC3蛋白在肝细胞肝癌及肝内胆管细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨GPC3蛋白在肝细胞肝癌、肝内胆管细胞癌及结节性肝硬化组织中的表达差异及临床意义。方法对50例原发性肝细胞肝癌、20例肝内胆管细胞癌及22例结节性肝硬化组织采用免疫组织化学法进行GPC3蛋白表达情况检测,比较分析其在三者中的表达差异。结果 GPC3蛋白特异性表达于肝细胞肝癌,与其在肝内胆管细胞癌及结节样肝硬化组织中的表达相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。GPC3蛋白的在肝细胞肝癌中表达与患者的性别、年龄、肝功能分级、是否合并肝硬化、肿瘤直径、肿瘤个数、血管侵犯、TNM分期、HBs Ag阳性等方面的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 GPC3高表达于肝细胞肝癌组织中,可能参与肝癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression of GPC3 in bile duct in hepatocellular carcinoma,intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,and to compare GPC3 expression difference of bile duct in hepatocellular carcinoma,hepatic cell carcinoma,nodular cirrhosis. Methods 50 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma,20 cases of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,22 cases of nodular cirrhosis,immunohistochemistry method were used to detect GPC3 expression,difference of bile duct in hepatocellular carcinoma,intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,nodular cirrhosis of the liver in GPC3. Results the GPC3 specific expression in hepatocellular carcinoma,the expression of sensitivity and specificity were 84%,97. 7%,compared with the expression of GPC3 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,nodular cirrhosis,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.GPC3 protein expression in hepatocellular carcinoma associated with gender,age,liver function classification,cirrhosis,tumor size,tumor number,vascular invasion,TNM staging,HBs Ag positive aspects of the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The high expression of GPC3 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues,there may be involved in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
