ILK和MMP-9在胃癌及其侵袭、转移中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨整合素连接激酶(Integrin-linked kinase,ILK)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)在胃癌组织中的表达、临床意义及两者之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测ILK和MMP-9在80例胃癌(胃癌组)、30例正常胃黏膜标本(对照组)中的表达,并统计分析其与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 80例胃癌标本中ILK和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为55.0%(44/80)、66.3%(53/80),30例对照组中ILK和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为6.7%(2/30)、10.0%(3/30),胃癌组织中ILK和MMP-9的阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。ILK和MMP-9的表达与癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及大网膜转移有显著相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05)。ILK表达与MMP-9表达有显著相关性(r=0.553,P<0.01)。结论 ILK和MMP-9在胃癌组织中均呈高表达且二者表达有协同作用,胃癌细胞可能通过ILK和MMP-9促进浸润、转移,联合检测两者表达有助于胃癌浸润、转移的判断。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ILK and MMP-9 in gastric cancer in-vasion and metastasi. Methods A total of 80 cases of gastric cancer （ gastric cancer group） and 30 cases of normal gas-tric tissue （ normal control group） were enrolled in this study. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of ILK and MMP-9 in gastric cancer. Statistical analysis technique was used to investigate the relationship be-tween ILK and MMP-9 expressions and the clinicopathological factors. Results The positive rates of ILK and MMP-9 in gastric cancer tissue were 55. 0% （44/80） and 66. 3% （53/80）. In the normal control group, the positive rates of ILK and MMP-9 were 6. 7% （2/30） and 10. 0% （3/30）, respectively. The expression of ILK and MMP-9 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in normal control group （ P0. 05）. There was a re-markable relevance between ILK and MMP-9 （ r =0 . 553 , P 〈0 . 01 ） . Conclusion ILK and MMP-9 are highly ex-pressed in gastric cancer tissues. The expression of them is coordinated and significantly related to the invasion and me-tastasis of gastric cancer. The expression of ILK and MMP-9 can suggest the malignant degree of gastric cancer and be the important indicator of prognosis.
