摘 要:诊断牙周病骨缺损情况主要依靠放射影像。然而,传统的二维射线照片受到几何投影和邻近组织的影响,并不能准确反映骨缺损、牙周膜间隙和股水平等情况。3维投照技术例如锥束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)即可突破这些限制。选择合适的适应症,CBCT即可为牙周病的诊治提供诸多益处。The diagnosis of bone defect in periodontal disease mainly depends on radiographs. However, as the conventional two-dimensional radiographs are impacted by geometric projection and adjacent anatomical structures, therefore, they can not accurately reflect the statuses in terms of bone defect, periodontal ligament space, bone level, and etc. 3-dimentsional imaging techniques, such as cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), can break through those limitations. CBCT applications provide a great deal of benefits in pertodontics in the case of correct selection of indications.
