摘　　要：牙周病学研究中牙周炎定义标准的差别给相似研究间的比较带来了很大的困扰,甚至同一数据根据不同牙周炎定义标准得出不同的结论。因此牙周炎定义标准的统一已是众望所归。本文就流行病学研究中不同牙周炎定义标准、分度标准进行综述。At present there are various case definitions of periodontitis.The lack of a universally accepted case definition is a major limiting factor in determining and comparing the prevalence of periodontitis among surveys. When analyzing the same data,different case definitions will lead to different prevalence rates of periodontitis.It is ur-gent to develop a broadly accepted standard case definition of periodontitis.The purpose of this study is to review the definitions of periodontitis in different surveys.
