缺氧诱导因子1α和Ki67在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和细胞增殖抗原Ki67在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测HIF-1α及Ki67在70例三阴性乳腺癌(A组)及382例非三阴性乳腺癌组织(B组)的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 HIF-1α及Ki67在三阴性乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为75.7%和87.1%,均高于非三阴性乳腺癌的60.2%和72.3%(P<0.05)。HIF-1α及Ki67的表达与其淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),而与患者绝经状况和肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。三阴性乳腺癌中HIF-1α的表达与Ki67呈正相关(r=0.479,P<0.01)。结论 HIF-1α及Ki67在三阴性乳腺癌中高表达,可作为判断三阴性乳腺癌预后的指标。Objective To explore the expression and significance of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α（HIF-1α） and Ki67 in triple negative breast cancer（TNBC）. Methods The expressions of HIF-1α and Ki67 were detected by immunohistoehemieat method in 70 cases with TNBC（group A） and 382 cases without TNBC（group B）. The correlation of the expressions of HIF-1α and Ki67 with Clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1α and Ki67 in group A were 75.7% and 87. 1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 60.2% and 72.3% in group B（P〈0. 05）. The expressions of HIF-1α and Ki67 were closely correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）, which were not obviously related to menopausal status and tumor size（P〈0. 05）. The expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated to the expression of Ki67 in group A（r=0. 479, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The HIF-1α and Ki67 are highly expressed in TNBC,which can he taken as useful markers for predicting the metastasis and prognosis in the patients with TNBC.
