摘　　要：患者女,36岁。双上肢丘疹、斑块、结节1年。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮层内密集的组织细胞浸润,伴有散在的淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、浆细胞,可见组织细胞吞噬淋巴细胞。免疫组织化学:S-100(+),CD68(+),CD1a(-)。诊断:皮肤型窦性组织细胞增生症。A 36-year-old female patient presented with papules, plaques and nodules on bilateral upper limbs for 1 year. Histopathologicaily ,many histocyte, scattered lymphocytes, neutrophils and plasma cells were noted intrader- mally, with the phagocytosis of lymphocytes by histiocytes. Immunohistochemical examination indicated posi- tive for CD68 and S - 100,negative for CDla. Diagnosis：cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease.
