细胞跨膜Notch配体4在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测非小细胞肺癌中细胞跨膜Notch配体4(DLL4)的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数的关系、临床意义及两者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化Envison法检测58例非小细胞性肺癌的组织标本及同时切取的58例癌旁正常组织中DLL4的表达情况。结果:DLL4在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达的阳性率为75.9%(鳞癌77.3%,腺癌75.0%),明显高于癌旁正常组织(阳性率为29.3%),两组间比较χ2=11.74(P<0.01);DLL4在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),其在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤的组织类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:DLL4在非小细胞肺癌和正常肺组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,其可能参与了肿瘤新生血管发生,参与非小细胞肺癌的侵袭和转移,从而影响患者的预后。Objective To study the expression of Delta-like ligand 4（DLL4） in non-small cell lung cancerand normal tissue and the relationship with patients＇ clinical characteristics.MethodsExpression of DLL4 was detected in 58 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissue and 58 cases of normal lung tissue by immunohis-tochemical Envision method.ResultsThe masculine expression rate of DLL4 in non-small cell lung cancertissue was 75.9%. The positive expression rate of DLL4 in Non-small cell lung cancer tissue was higher thanthat in normal lung tissue. The expression of DLL4 in Non-small cell lung cancer tissue was associated with thediameter,clinical staging and lymph node metastasis closely（P 0.05）, but not with gender,age and pathologicalpattern（P 0.05）.ConclusionThe expression of DLL4 in Non-small cell lung cancer tissue and in normaltissue was different. The expression of DLL4 involved in invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer will have an influence to the prognosis of patients.
