我国体育院校啦啦操专项课程教学内容体系构建

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、数理分析等方法,对我国15所体育院校啦啦操专项课程教学内容进行统计分析,在此基础上提出啦啦操专项课程教学内容体系的总体构建方案。主要结论:啦啦操专项课程的教学包括18个教学内容共计54个知识点,不同的教学内容和知识点重要程度不同;课程开设时间以第二学期开始为宜,总计开设6个学期,每学期128个课时,即每周6个学时较为合理;啦啦操专项课程不同教学内容占总学时的比例分别为理论课30%、技术课30%、技能课20%、考试考核10%、课外实践10%。The cheerleading teaching system in fifteen universities in China was analyzed through questionnaire and mathe- matical analysis. The teaching contents of cheerleading included 18 contents, a total of 54 points of knowledge, lasting 6 semesters starting from the second semester. Different content and knowledge was of different importance. Six periods each week were the most reasonable. Theory, skill, professional ability, exam and ex-curricular learning accounted for 30%, 30%, 20%, 10% and 10%of the conten.
