摘　　要：作物不仅满足人们的温饱需求,同时也被人们赋予了不同的文化意义。当前,人类学对作物的研究主要是把作物与社会、文化、经济、生活方式等问题联系起来,进而探讨作物对社会文化的形塑,即作物的象征化、交换与社会心性。这样的研究路径主要立足于学科本位,阻碍了作物人类学的发展。整体史不仅反对狭隘的学科本位,同时也能整合人文科学和社会科学的性质,是为人类学的作物研究指出了新的发展方向,也可以拓展人类学的研究视野。Not only do crops meet the needs of people for food and clothing, but they are also endowed different cultural significance by people. At present, the anthropological research about crops are mainly the relations of crops with society, culture, economy and life style, and furthermore to study social culture shaped by crops, namely symbolization of crops, exchange and social temperament. Such a research path which is mainly based on the subjective standard hinders the development of anthropological research on crops. Studies of the whole history are not only against the narrow subjective standard, but they are also a- ble to integrate humanities and social sciences. It points out the new direction for anthropological research a- bout crops and extends scope of anthropological research as well.
