供应链集中度、资金营运和经营绩效——基于中国制造业上市公司的实证研究

摘　　要：以中国制造行业1132家上市公司为样本,对供应链伙伴关系—企业内外部绩效—财务绩效模型进行了实证验证,揭示了供应链集中度、资金营运对经营绩效的影响。研究发现:采购的集中化和应付账款的及时性有利于加快企业的库存周转率,销售的集中化和应收/应付账款的及时性有利于提升企业的市场绩效。最后,相对于库存绩效,市场绩效则显著性提升了企业的财务绩效。This paper tests supply chain partnership-internal external performance-financial performance model through collecting data from 1132 public-listed manufacturers,and explores how supply chain concentration and working capital turnover influences business performance. The findings indicate that purchasing concentration and payable turnover positively impact inventory turnover,while sales concentration and receivable turnover positively enhance market performance. Finally,the research also shows that inventory turnover does not significantly impact financial performance,however,market performance does.
