摘 要:肺癌已经成为全球发病率和病死率居前几位的肿瘤之一。小鼠肺癌模型与人类肺癌有极大的相似性,具有体内研究、针对性及可操作性强、实验结果可靠、易于转化医学研究等特点,因此面对肺癌发生率和病死率的严峻形势,利用小鼠模型加强肺癌的基础与临床研究,寻找肺癌的防治措施,具有重要的意义。该文将综合文献研究进展以及工作中的经历和体会,阐述化学诱癌模型的建立及应用研究,以期对各个领域研究的深入开展起到抛砖引玉的作用。Lung cancer has become one of the leading cancers in terms of incidences and mortalities. Mouse models of lung cancer closely resemble those of human' s. Moreover,they are characterized by a nature of suitable for in vivo study,high pertinence and manipulability,reliable results and easier to make translational research in medicine. Therefore,facing the severe situation of lung cancer incidence and mortality rate,it is significant to make use of mouse models in enhancing studies on lung cancer in basic and clinical researches and looking for preventive and therapeutic methods. Here is to make a review of the progress in the construction of mouse models of lung cancer induced by carcinogenic chemicals,in combination with our working experiences,we stress on their practical applications as well,which is expected to lead to more successful research in various fields.
