摘 要:滚动轴承的早期故障信号很微弱,常规的振动法很难检测。声发射检测法具有采集较宽频率范围信号的特点,故文章采用声发射法对滚动体缺陷滚动轴承进行检测,采集宽频的声发射信号,利用小波分析方法把信号分解在不同频带,对低频信号进行重构,重构后的包络谱特征频带与滚动体故障理论特征频率相比较。结果表明,在包络谱图上可以找到理论的故障特征频率范围,这说明包络谱分析法对滚动轴承滚动体故障声发射诊断是有效的。The early fault signal of rolling bearing is so weak that it is difficult to be detected by the conven-tional vibration method. Acoustic emission detection method can acquire more wide frequency range of sig-nal. So the method of acoustic emission was adopted to detect the rolling bearing rolling element defect and gather the wide frequency acoustic emission signal . Then using the wavelet analysis method to decompose the signal in different frequency band and reconstruct low-frequency signal . Finally , comparing the enve-lope spectrum characteristics of reconstruction frequency band with the frequency of rolling element fault the-ory . The results showed that the theoretical fault characteristic frequency range can be found on the envelope spectrum diagram , which indicated that it is effective for rolling bearing rolling element fault in acoustic e-mission diagnosis by the envelope spectrum method .
