摘 要:盾构选型的合理性和关键参数的准确确定是盾构法工程施工成败的关键。针对成都地铁7号线火车南站至神仙树区间地质和水文特征,结合盾构对不同地层的适应性比较,论证采用土压平衡盾构施工的可行性和必要性。同时就盾构施工可能出现的问题,对盾构各个系统进行选型分析。在盾构推进阻力和刀盘回转阻力计算方法基础上,结合实际的地质参数,计算出该区间内最大的推进阻力为10 659 k N,最大刀盘回转阻力矩为4 072 k N·m;选取合适的储备系数,确定盾构最大推力和刀盘装备扭矩的建议值分别为26 648 k N和6 108 k N·m。最后通过与实际值进行对比,验证了盾构推力和刀盘驱动扭矩理论选型值的准确性。The rationality of shield type selection and the accuracy of the shield parameters are key factors to ensure the success of shield-bored tunnels. In this paper,the geological and hydrological characteristics of South Railway StationShenxianshu Station section on Line 7 of Chengdu Metro are presented,the adaptability of different types of shields to different strata is discussed,and the feasibility and necessity of EPB shield for the project are expounded. Furthermore,the selection of each system of the shield is analyzed. The calculated maximum thrust of the shield machine is 10 659 k N,and the calculated maximum torque of the cutter head is 4 072 k N·m; the proposed maximum thrust of the shield machine is 26 648 k N,and the proposed maximum torque of the cutter head is 6 108 k N·m. Finally,comparison and contrast is made between the calculated values and the measured values,which proves that the theoretical calculation of the thrust of the shield machine and the torque of the cutter head is accurate.
