农业高职学生体质健康现状与干预对策研究——以辽宁农业职业技术学院学生体质状况为例

摘　　要：采用测试法、文献资料法、比较分析法和数理统计法等方法,以辽宁农业职业技术学院2013年在校的一、二年级5176名学生为研究对象,对农业高职学生的体质健康状况进行了调查。结果表明:比照《国家学生体质健康标准》,学生的体质健康只达及格水平。男生引体向上是影响因子中的主要矛盾;女生50 m、立定跳远成绩相对较低,力量性差是主要矛盾。根据研究结果,提出了提高农业高职学生体质健康水平的若干对策。The study has been made on physical health status of agricultural higher vocational college students by using testing method, literature method, comparison analysis method and mathematical statistics method. The objects of the study are5176 freshmen and sophomores of Liaoning Agricultural College who are studying at college in 2013. The results show that：according to the national student physical health standard, the students＇ physical health only reaches the passing level. The boy pull-ups is the main contradiction in the impact factor; the girl 50 m running and standing long jump results are relatively low,poor strength is the main contradiction. Some solutions are put forward to improve physical health status of agricultural higher vocational students according to the study result.
