基于WLEIS情绪智力测验的IRT分析

摘　　要：文章运用项目反应理论技术(IRT)对自陈式情绪智力量表WLEIS在大学生群体中的施测结果进行分析,从评分选项、题目参数以及测验整体性能与结构等方面考察WLEIS的质量。以WLEIS中文版为测验工具对大学生施测,获得数据后利用WINSTEPS软件进行分析。结果表明,WLEIS具有多维性,整个测验内部一致性系数达0.874,测验整体偏易,个别项目的评分方式也需要进行修正后方可适合对大学生进行施测。This article aimed to use the IRT technology to analysis the test results of the WLEIS among college students,then check the quality of WLEIS from rating scales,item parameters and test performance. The test data has been processed by WINSTEPS software. The results showed that the test has multi-dimensionality,its internal consistency index reaches to 0.874,and the degree of test difficulty is also low. The rating scale of some items should be revised so that we use the WLEIS to test college students＇ emotional intelligence.
