摘 要:随着时代的发展,人们开始越来越重视游戏的正面意义与价值。游戏能够激发人们的玩兴,满足人们玩乐的需要,同时也是保证员工良好工作状态的重要手段,还有助于促进员工的创新。管理者可以效仿游戏,用玩来设计工作。通过自主选择目标、个人最优化障碍和持续不断反馈等工作设计方法,可以激发员工工作中的玩兴,使员工在愉快中高效地工作。Playfulness is in the mood for playing,which promotes a person to show the imagination,emotional expression, sense of humor,curiosity,openness,seeking novel stimulus initiative and ability to communicate in the behavior. As a source of playfulness,the game,especially online game,has become modern people's main entertainment activities. Some enterprises tend to underestimate the positive role of employees' playfulness and games in the work,and even quell employees' playfulness in the work. This makes the work become too boring,and cannot afford to inspire employees' pleasure of work.This article discussed the positive role of employees' playfulness in promoting the work performance. Games can arouse people's playfulness,and satisfy people's needs of libertinism. Play can also lower employees' stress levels,boost optimism,and increase motivation to guarantee employees in a good working state. There is good evidence that encouraging play can increase employee happiness,and happier workers have been shown to be better outcomes in terms of productivity and motivation. And play is an important contributes to the employees' innovation. Playing engages the creative side of brain. When employees are fully engaged in play,creative ideas may flow more freely. The article also explores some method to redesign our work based on the thought of playfulness. First,employees need more freedom in actions and decision-making of their work. Sufficient level of task autonomy is useful for employees because it develops a sense of responsibility in the employees and gives more chances to employees for revealing their talents and realizing their ideas. Second,employees need challenging but attainable objective. It promotes motivation and empowerment of employees. They have opportunity to focus on new ideas and innovation that make their performance improved. Finally,employees must be given constant feedback. Feedbacks,especially positive feedbacks,allow managers and employees to show progress and know what they have
