摘  要:高层次专科人才是卫生队伍中的精英群体。我院在人才培养中采取引入权威培养体系,加强管理,不定岗轮转培训,交叉培训的措施。经过8年的努力,医院初步建立一支高素质的专科人才队伍,院内形成良好的学术氛围,专科实力得到增强。我院在高层次专科人才培养中,基本经验是:明确培养目标,制定周密的培训计划,严格监管培训过程,建立长效的管理机制。High-competence specialists are elites among health professionals.By means of the authoritative training system,the hospital took such measures as,strengthened management,rotary training without fixed posts,and cross training.Efforts of 8 years have helped the hospital to establish a high-competence specialists team,a good academic atmosphere,and enhanced capacity of disciplines. Key experiences of the hospital in this process include well-identified objectives,well-designed training programs, strict supervision of training process, and establishment of long-term management mechanism.
