摘 要:建立了一种测定龙廷杏梅中铅和镉的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,杏梅试样用HNO3-H2O2微波消解,用标准曲线法进行测定。结果表明,铅和镉的线性范围分别为0.0~5.0 ng/m L及0.0~2.5 ng/m L;相关系数分别为0.99969和0.99989;铅的平均加标回收率为98.2%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.71%,检出限为0.002 mg/kg;镉的平均加标回收率为97.9%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.23%,检出限为0.0003 mg/kg。结果显示该方法灵敏度高、简便快捷、可准确测定龙廷杏梅中铅和镉的含量。A method was developed for determination of lead and cadmium in Longting plumsby micro- wave digestion-GFAAS,the sample was digested with HNO_3 -H_2O_2, and the contents were determined by cali- bration curve method. It was showed that the linear range of lead andcadmium at 0.0 - 5.0 ng/mL and 0.0 2.5 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients were 0. 99969 and0. 99989. The average recovery of lead was 98.2% , and the average recovery of cadmium was 97.9%. RSD ( n = 6) of lead and cadmium were 2.03% and 2.18%. The detection limits of lead and cadmium were 0. 002 mg/kg and 0. 0003 mg/kg. The result showed that this method was simple and fast, andeould determine the content of lead and cadmium exactly in Longting plums.
