摘　　要：本文建立一种针对企业新药研发人员的激励方法——科学指数评估方法,为制药企业建立新药研发人员薪酬体系提供参考。科学指数评估激励方法能够定量评估科研项目的科技含量,科学量化评判科研人员的贡献度,充分调动科研人员的积极性,在新药研发领域是一种可行的激励方式。This paper established a compensation system Scientific Index evaluating method to provide a reference for salary system of new drug R＆D personnel in pharmaceutical enterprises, to determine the workloads of new drug R＆D quantitatively. The evaluating scientific index method could be utilized to evaluate the technology content of scientific research projects and quantify the contribution of scientific personnel to generate the enthusi- asms of scientific researchers,which develop a feasible incentive system indrug research field.
