摘 要:为了对火炮内腔圆结构进行研究,实验中采用以0.5mm为单位步距的高速清晰摄像的方法得到一系列的孔腔图片,对图片进行处理并实现火炮内腔结构三维图形效果。在图片处理过程中,利用孔腔特殊圆结构,提出了新的方向模板法求取孔腔边缘每点的法线方向,进而精确求取圆心位置及半径。在圆心周向角有效区域内以角度θi为单位步进作过圆心和边界的直线,在直线与边缘相交处微小范围内先后采用双线性插值算法和灰度重心法求取光条中心,有效地保证了取值精确度和三维成像的质量。In order to study the artillery chamber, a series of clear images are obtained by high - speed unit step with 0. 5 mm, and the images are processed to achives 3D reconstruction. In the process of image processing, be- cause of the artillery chamber's special structure, a new direction template technology is proposed to calculate the di- rection of each point in the edge of the cavity automatically, and then the location of the center and radius is compu- ted. Each one small angle is used as the unit step to draw straight line which connects the center and the boundary of circle. In order to calculate the center of structured light stripe, in the small region where the line and the circle's edge intersects, bilinear interpolation technique and the gray weighted centroid method are used, the values of accu- racy and the quality of three - dimensional reconstruction can be sophisticatedly guaranteed.
